Installation of New Service Connection
About the Service
Installation for new service connection from service line to water meter shall be done only by authorized personnel of SMWD. Installation is completed within 8 hours for ordinary tapping and 1-2 days for road crossing. The concessionaire will then be responsible for the pipeline connections after the water meter. Payment or charges for the restoration of damaged road pavement in connection with tapping of new service connection shall be the liability of the concerned concessionaire.
Requirement
Current year Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) or any Government Issued I.D.
Proof of Payment (O.R.) for new service connection
Availability of the Service
Daily except during Saturdays and Sundays, Holiday
8AM – 12Noon and 1PM – 5PM

4. Acknowledgement on the Job Order
