Distribution of Monthly Water Charges
About the Service
Household consumption for the month is being recorded on the meter reading sheet. Schedule of meter reading is normally from the 1st-2nd week of the month. Water Charges are electronically computed based on the existing water rate. Minimum charge applies for 10 cubic meters and below. Commodity charges are added for consumption above 10 cubic meters. Schedule of Water Rates are posted in the collection office.
New connections are also included in the meter reading regardless of their water consumption.

Daily except during Saturdays and Sundays, Holiday
8AM – 12Noon and 1PM – 5PM

1. Manual Meter Reading

3. Recording of water consumption and its equivalent amount on the Billing Statement
Present and previous water consumption is reflected on the billing statement including the due date and any unpaid water charges. |

| 4. Verification of unpaid water bill as reflected from the Billing Summary (generated from Billing and Collection System) against that on the billing statement from previous month. |

5. Acknowledgement on the water bill
A receiving copy must be signed by the concessionaire as proof that his billing statement for the month was actually received. |
