Payment of Monthly Water Charges

About the Service
The concessionaire is given the option to settle his water bill. For those with arrears, he is required to pay his previous billings first and then settle later the current bill or he can settle his account at once. If the concessionaire has no arrears (unpaid water bill), an Offi- cial Receipt and the white copy of the billing statement is given. While for those with arrears, only the Official Receipt is given. For regular concessionaires, a 2% rebate is being provided for payments made before the due date, same amount as that reflected on the water bill if paid on due date, and 10% penalty for payments done after the due date. A discount of 5% is given for senior citizen-concessionaires as mandated by RA 9994 otherwise known as the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010. The senior citizen’s discount is given regardless of the payment period. A 10% penalty is also imposed for payments made after due date.
