Reconnection of Service Lines

About the Service
Upon payment of all unpaid water bill, reconnection fee, including if applicable miscellaneous charges, violation fee, cost of materials, the concessionaire’s service connection will be re-installed.

Full Settlement of Account

Fees
Reconnection Fee (As per Board Resolution)
Meter was Padlocked       P200.00
Meter was Pulled-out       P500.00
Corresponding miscellaneous charges that may arise as per BOD resolution No. 21-11-02

 

Availability of the Service
Daily except during Saturdays and Sundays, Holiday
8AM – 12Noon and 1PM – 5PM


How to Avail of the Service

Procedure Time Frame Personnel In-Charge
For Padlocked water meter or water meter which remained pulled out for less than one year    
1. Proceed to the cashier and pay all the charges including the reconnection fee 5-10 mins. Mr. Raymond C. Williams

2. Secure a copy of Official Receipt for payment made    
3. Acknowledge on the Job Order    
For water meter remained pulled-out for one year and beyond    
1. Proceed to records section and obtain a copy of corresponding reconnection charges 10-15 mins. Ms. Genoveva L. Paje
2. Proceed to the cashier for payment 5 mins. Ms. Gemma R. Rosal
3. Secure a copy of Official Receipt from the Cashier    
4. Acknowledge the Job order
