Bill Inquiry/Complaint/Report/Request Regarding Water Services

About the Service
Concessionaires can inquire, complain, report, make request regarding water services either at the agency’s collection office or administration office.
For Billing concerns, the concessionaire needs to come in person at the agency’s administration office.
For payment inquiry and requests, ie. Change meter, change ball valve, the concessionaire is required to personally visit the agency’s collection office.
For report on leaks or damaged pipelines, we request the concessionaire to report the incident immediately either personally, thru text message or phone call.
